These packages are designed to be simple and quick for you to receive solid styling ideas for any important event or life episode — an effective solution for the million-dollar question “What do I wear!”

You won’t have to schedule consultations or get on video calls to decide on an outfit. All you have to do is fill out a styling questionnaire and receive your personalized lookbooks in your inbox.

The styling packages at Lune by Bhagya are hand-curated personalized lookbooks put together by our chief stylist Bhagya. They are easy, quick, and hassle-free services that you can use for an important event or episode in your life.

Here’s how they work:

• First, decide on which package you need based on the number of looks you want or the number of days for which you need to find outfits
  (e.g., if you need a unique look for your birthday, choose the Silver package that delivers one outfit look.
  If you need a series of outfit looks for a 5-day Grecian vacation, choose the Diamond package that delivers 5 complete outfit looks).
• Next, go ahead and purchase the package. Right after you do, you will be redirected to our styling questionnaire.
• The styling questionnaire is a quick form that will take you less than 5 minutes to fill. It is designed to help us get to know your requirements and styling preferences. Fill it out.
• That’s it. All you have to do then is wait. Based on the package you have chosen, you will receive your personalized lookbook link in your inbox within the delivery time mentioned under each package.

Our lookbooks are highly personalized outfit and accessory recommendation documents that show you a detailed idea of what to wear for an event or life episode, and how to wear it.

You can choose to have links to purchase the exact pieces mentioned in your lookbook (you will be asked about this in your questionnaire). With the help of these links, you can purchase the pieces directly and have them delivered to you. You can also choose to pick the pieces up at a store near you. (We provide outfit suggestions based on your location too).

Alternatively, you can also use the lookbook as an inspiration document and put together the outfit look with pieces you already have in your wardrobe.

The document will have solid styling advice and tips to help you look and feel your best! This means you can use the lookbook for future styling as well. 😊

Styling services are highly personal and subjective to individual preferences. We totally understand that there may be differences in our choices.

Our stylists are professionally qualified and trained in the science and art of fashion styling. They also have years of experience in curating individualized looks for people of all shapes and sizes. We celebrate all types of bodies here at Lune by Bhagya and hence offer scientifically backed recommendations that are guaranteed to make you look and feel your best.

Nevertheless, if you find the need to change or alter any of the outfit pieces or colours, etc. we will be happy to make those changes for you, as we believe in offering the best value for your money.

To keep things feasible, we limit our free revisions to one free revision on every styling package. This means, for each styling package you choose (Silver, Gold, or Diamond) you will receive one free revision based on your feedback. Hence, we ask that you go through your entire lookbook thoroughly and note down the changes you need us to make before you avail of your revision.

Note: For revisions that require more than three elemental (core) changes, we request you to purchase additional styling packages.

For virtual styling sessions and consultations, revisions will be conducted over audio or video calls.

You can rest assured, that you will look and feel your best at the end of our services.

Virtual styling sessions or consultations are online one-on-one meetings starting from 45 minutes to 1 hour. Styling consultations will be followed up with further meetings or lookbook services based on the type of consultation you choose.

You can book consultations through our bookings page. When you click on the book button, you will be able to register a slot. One of our team members will contact you in 24 hours to schedule the consultation over Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.

During the initial consultation call we will discuss the following aspects and more:

• Body shape and colour analysis
• Variation analysis
• Your styling needs and preferences
• Wardrobe gaps and requirements
• Style recommendations

After the initial consultation, you may be given a list of requirements if you choose wardrobe styling or long-term styling packages. Based on the requirements, you will receive detailed moodboards, shopping recommendations, styling lookbooks, and more.

We also provide guided shopping sessions in some cases.

For revisions, review, or other follow-up discussions we may schedule further video or audio calls and complete the styling journey.

Lookbooks are delivered in 48 hours to 5 days depending on the package or service you choose.

• For the Silver package, you will receive your lookbook within 48 hours of sending in the questionnaire.
• For the Gold package, you will receive your lookbooks within 3 days of sending in the questionnaire.
• For the Diamond package, you will receive your lookbooks within 5 days of sending in the questionnaire.
• For styling consultations or virtual sessions, you will receive the lookbooks within 24–48 hours of sending in the requirements listed by your stylist.

You will be in the loop at all times. You can expect to hear from us regularly and frequently until the final looks are delivered. 😊

Nevertheless, for cases where there might be differences in opinion, we provide revisions and reviews of lookbooks or style recommendations so that we can give you the most value for money. Feel free to provide feedback, so that we can revise the lookbooks to suit your taste better.

While we completely understand that there might be perception issues, due to feasibility concerns we do not provide refunds.

As our services are primarily conducted online, we are lucky enough to cater to customers at a global level. This means, it doesn’t matter which country you are in, we can help you 😊
